Every item is inspected by the royal guard before dispatch—but if something escapes His Majesty’s attention, we’ll make it right.

🔁 30-Day Satisfaction Assurance  
We accept returns within **30 days of delivery** if the item is:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Reported as defective or incorrect within 72 hours of delivery

🚫 Due to hygiene standards, certain personal care items cannot be returned once used.

💸 Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
